JOB DESCRIPTION
I.K. Hofmann USA has an immediate opening for a  Temp to Hire Maintenance Technician in Cartersville, GA.  for a Tire Manufacture. 
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing the repairing machines, mechanical systems, buildings and other structures.

Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician:

• Responsible for maintaining all plant systems, troubleshooting and program modifications as well as plant process control database
• Must be able to perform any electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding repairs and other maintenance functions as needed on machinery.
• Meets maintenance operational standards
• Support maintenance activities to include, but not limited to PMs, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLC and wiring.
• Understands and complies with the National Electric Code while performing work on equipment.

Job Requirements of a Maintenance Technician:

• High School Diploma or GED or Higher Education
• 2+ years working in a manufacturing environment
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires knowledge and experience with typical equipment software and PLC programming.
