Warehouse Assistant 

The candidate must have a minimum 7 years of experience working in a warehouse with at least 3 years in a lead position.

The candidate must be highly qualified in the following:

• Experience with warehouse management systems including handheld operation
• Proficiency with a computer as required to do the job
• Experience with dock, receiving, put away, picking, replenishment, cycle counting, bar coding and shipping operations
• Training and communication promoting accuracy and efficiency
• Knowledge of use of heavy machinery and other labor-saving devices
• Easily adapt to changing situations and technology
• Promote and design plans to keep the warehouse clean and neat
• Handle all warehouse managers duties in his absence

Above all, the candidate must be a leader, an excellent communicator, maintain good boundaries and remain professional at all times.
