Outside Sales Representative

The main task of the sales representative in the field is to increase sales to new and existing customers. Further tasks include the expansion and care of the own customer base by personal, technical advice and support. The sales employees are expected to make cold calls. Customer contact is mainly by telephone and e-mail.
Other tasks include the calculation of offers for technical products requiring explanation, plant project planning, participation in national and international trade fairs and commercial tasks such as checking offers.
The field sales representative receives support for commercial processing and order scheduling from employees in the back office at company headquarters in Atlanta as well as from technical and commercial departments at the headquarters of the company in Oberhausen, Germany.
